Well.EVRAZ, the steel company from Roman already had 40% of the DAKP pipes done...
No problem with beginning the project with those, and finish the other 60% on other sites in USA owned by that same company...
They have 2 Pipe Mills in the US, and very close to the DAKP line
Would still be good for jobs and steel in and from USA...
PROP doesn't look to be built for DAKP though, but who knows for sure???
PPT tech, be it their own or a JV with another co. looks to be where PROP is heading in the near future...
