Not a huge fan of the DiPrima connection. Not sure why he was selected as CFO but if I were to guess it's because he was already indirectly tied to Mariel when she was with the company through her boyfriend. Since there was already a connection and Bishop wanted/needed to get the stop sign down ASAP he deferred to Mariel's recommendation of DiPrima.
DiPrima hasn't been in complete OTC duds and as CFO can only do what Bishop approves. So not overly worried about his presence.
