Diprima is great for OTC Stocks. He turns them around over 300%+ he is king of OTC. I think he was CFO before Bishop took over amlh. Not sure of the timeline here. I do not think Bishop hired him. Does anyone know? There is no record of this in the filings that I can find. I think he was CFO with DIGA before it became amlh. Then amlh bought out DIGA. Just doing my DD on this.
