For many years I sold Houses and I came to a conclusion ~~Most people don't buy a House the buy a Price ~~~ same with stuff I buy I buy a Price and I don't go beyond that $$$ I go down But not over my Price Point ~~ If something is $20 And then it goes up to $30 sounds like the volume in sales would go DOWN But that's just me

Since nobody here seems to want to understand how prosecco is graded, I found this handy chart:

Paging down a little, one sees the "prosecco quality pyramid." Guess where DOC is?

The Rose and zero sugar appear not to even be DOC, but beyond the denomination system.

From my experience the 5 stores I have been to all had it on sale the first time they got the product.

So everyone knew they were getting a deal and the real price would go up.
