my guess is that Ben is very careful with who he hires. Once an employee sees the potential of moving up within S&L, whether it is to management, game guru or anything else, they stay and work hard for the most part. Once franchising starts there will be plenty of opportunity for employees since its a unique concept and skill, and who doesnt want to get paid to play games? All these new frans are gonna need experienced board gamers and with 3000+ games, its not something you can train someone on in a week or 2.
