Agreed. Billionaires take advantage of situations like this all day every day to further their ends of amassing more billions. TMPS was taken over by this Billionaire because Millionaires and Thousandaires weren't smart enough to realize a bad deal when they saw it. So, the score is: Billionaire - 1/ Millionaires - 0.

Now really smart investors will make sure those directors who resigned never sit on another board of directors if they are invested in that company.
