Boo- They really don't have the cash to take unless they do another offering. Then need all the cash for marketing and distribution of product.

well yeah, but they're stuffed on the debenture financing gains. Stocks are there for tyhe next pump & dump they orchestrate before the 2Q10Q. Then comes the crash.
