I don't think the word "desperate" is really how you should look at it. the whole reason they are doing raises is because they have bills to pay - such as clinical trials. we are in the midst of spending the money they said they would need to conduct the trials. this is good because if they were not raising funds they would presumably not have many patients enrolled and therefore less cost. Of course it would be nice if the raises were at a higher SP!

I'm not sure either, otherwise why the would take warrants expiring in May for $1, basically worthless at that price and time and reset them to .50. Maybe if the warrants expired in December I could see it more. I would like to know what else the got, these 'certain claims', maybe it was substantial.

. Warrant Exercises
On June 30, 2017, the Company issued an aggregate of 3,295,000 shares of Common Stock, upon the exercise by investors of certain outstanding warrants at $0.50 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $1.6 million.
The warrants previously had an exercise price of $1.00 and were scheduled to expire on May 31, 2017. As an inducement to exercise the warrants prior to their expiration, and in exchange for the release by such investors of certain claims, the Company entered into agreements with such investors to reduce the exercise price to $0.50 per share and to extend the expiration date to June 30, 2017.
