I caught that ("certain other claims") as well trding.

The warrants at issue initially expired 5/31/2017, and most other warrants issued by CYDY have had a 5-year term.

If you assume that was the case with these warrants as well (which, at this point, is only an assumption I'm making), then the investors who released claims against CYDY as part of this deal likely invested in mid-2012 and were the investors who provided the money to acquire Pro 140 from Progenics later that year.

I am with you, though. I would very much like to know more details about the "certain other claims"...
