WIPO in 2016 looking for more specific results into OWCP's claims. Now the safety trials, IRB approval, efficacy study and patent application submitted im not worried about it. GLTA $OWCP

No what they are saying is by submitting a provisional application
They now have an opinion of what is patentable, so when they submit the utility patent they know what to file and what to change. Some claims won't be patentable but some will,
If you read the opinion and the so called rejections a lot of it had to do with wording and undefined terms.
But the drug composition is new and inventive
