So what are you saying? That just because WIPO technically gave an "opinion" and not a "rejection", that makes it more likely for the USPTO to approve an application that cannot even be patented?

Are you saying that the semantics of being polite and calling it an opinion takes away the fact that it is worthy of being rejected?

In the "Written Opinion of the International Search Authority", count how many times you see the phrase "...does not meet the criteria of..." and tell me what that means? Does that mean that the USPTO will turn a 180 on WIPO?
