Those filings do not make them current. How do we really know that Emry has taken a 9.2% stake in the company with nearly 800 million shares? Why would they recently do that, just to get reverse split out of their shares?

Do they even still have their stake and, if so, why would they accept such a loss?

Also, the WY SOS filing states the O/S at 2.6 billion, when, in fact, its 8.1 billion. Why is that?

Those submittals that they call filings up on otc markets are not transparent to the SEC. EEGI is not current in their filings to the SEC.

How many shares did they retire, at what price and who's the backer are some of the bullet points minime touted around but failed to address to the full satisfaction of the shareholders.
