It appears she confused the change in the number of Authorized Preferred (goes from 5M to 2.5M) shares with the change in the number Outstanding Preferred shares, which decreases by 7,500 : 1.

I guess it helps to read and comprehend LOL LOL LOL



So 450,000 / 7,500 = 60.4 Series BB Preferred shares post split.



It says clearly in Section H. that Series BB Preferred stock adjusts proportionally to reflect any forward or reverse split of the Common stock.
