Everyone should be seeing their dividends! These are RESTRICTED! If anyone is selling them somehow, they WILL have to buy them back!

Called Etrade and they said the shares are restricted for 1 Year and after that 1 year is up then one would have to fill out paperwork...WTH..and pay ETrade $150.00 to process the dividend sale.

Does that sound legit????
