Nope...they were supposed to be restricted...James set it up that up and announced they would be restricted and then Etrade made an error and issued them unrestricted. They can buy them back now.

DIRECTLY FROM THE FINRA SITE IT SAYS THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE RESTRICTED. ETRADE MADE AN ERROR AND ISSUED THEM UNRESTRICTED AND HAS TO BUY THEM BACK NOW.
