Patience. I recall Andy recently reported that U.K. National Health had asked Biel to submit a financial analysis showing the advantage to adding actipatch to the list of treatments they pay for.

This study, and potential NHS inclusion, will catch the attention of national and state anti addiction efforts once biel marketing kicks in.

We may hear the results on that soon.

.............

On the delay;

Only after FDA clearance was the company able to begin working with lawyers and FDA on new packaging and advertising langueage.

After that, they can design and order the packaging

Then they can ramp up production and fulfillment of the product.

Even shipping and customs take some time from china to USA.

These steps and many more have to happen prior to getting the patches in 66000 stores.

Andy told us to expect the distribution to be announced around September.

Advertising or getting a lot of articles published prior to the product being on the shelf would be foolish. For the most part a newspaper, blog, tv show or magazine is only gonna cover the launch once.

.................

I am confident that there is a lot happening behind the scenes right now. I'm also impressed that the company isn't sending out a bunch of fluff PR. When the news comes it will be significant and the longs will be rewarded.

Once in a lifetime opportunity!

clk, my thoughts on this is that they are waiting for the clearance on the 'back patch' that should encompass general muscular soreness and pain. That clearance will undoubtedly be the biggest seller, so wait and create advertising for all products available for sale to the public. When your on a serious budget, as they most likely are, that would probably be the most financially responsible decision.

AND in response to veto's: "Even though the product has limited effectiveness it surely has a place in the market."

I don't understand what you mean by 'limited effectiveness'. With my experience using the 'patch', I receive 90 to 100% relief of pain. NO exaggeration. NOT 'limited effectiveness' at all in my mind!
