After watching so many companies on the OTC I really hope SPCL is trying to get out and up list to NYSE or NASDAQ in one big go.
The OTC eats up standard business metrics like PE ratios and etc. SPCL has to elevate PPS, undergo the RS, and maintain an adequate PPS for like 30 days. I feel like companies have one shot at executing this. It's like trying to jump out of water.
