I actually just read and watched something about how the mines around NSRC properties were receiving permits or already have them. Not to mention like they NSRC said they had the risk accessing team come in and NSRC project is very low impact on environment as it is in a flat desert area with nearly no trees and limited wildlife. The Asians are moving into Madagascar. So like I said in my opinion some higher up person in Madagascar if not a few probably going to be receiving fat behind the scenes checks to get certain projects going. All these African countries are slightly corrupt in my opinion hence Africa having a huge amount of the worlds resources yet they are super poor overall as a country.
