Yes I reported the Form 4 filings to the board. Maggiore has been a buyer for a long time and typically is seen buying the stock in the April/May timeframe each year. Hasn't produced any uptick in the stock. So it's nice to see but doesn't do anything for the stock.
IN fact outside of Maggiore, mgmt has very few shares. As I recall Dahl owns about 550,000 actual shares and no one else in mgmt or the BoD owns any actual shares. Sad. Most appalling is Chariman and CFO .... own ZERO shares. No skin in the game. And collecting more options for doing what's required of the job rather than actual performance.
