The payday is in the 28/39 right now. There is an active push to get 24 approved for Mobile. That may not matter as much as 24 can be used for Fixed Wireless right now, just not mobile.
I would anticipate an announcement any day between now and the end of summer given recent events and the advancement of expectations.
