spartex we have heard the same BS from NSRC for 13 years , they took over in 2004 and still not one cent in revenue EVER !!

I am not sure why that would be a problem. It seems other companies are receiving them without problem. I think it is a matter of the financing truthfully. I think they have to grease some wheels in the country to get the permit thru. So they probably waiting for real money to grease the wheels. In my opinion. NSRC
