However... from my understanding Ally/TradeKing acquisition started in 2014 from my notifications. There was a court battle for about 1 year over margin deposits on old zecco accounts. It is my understanding those margin deposits were increased from $900,000.00 to $9,000,000.00 which represents a possible $90,000,000.00 liability. Those court battles are done...under Dodd/Frank, Financial Institutions have 2 years to divest in junk holdings. They from my understanding have to have a value of $2 or above. Apex Clearing the appoint agent for Tradeking once Zecco can neither force me out below the trade threshold nor can they force one out above the threshold. There could be cause under corporate action with a exit date that Apex could clear my shares. Considering the $275,000,000.00 asset sell by zecco they best be very careful in trying to take over and facilitate the clearing my account. Best advice I could give is hands off.


Time is up, though... and ENTI/PTEL/DUTV and SREH now ABVG reside in that effected account. Liability seems to be more than $90,000,000.00

The question would be....



With the recent move on 50 million ENTI SEC filed shares. The pending PTEL de-listing. Would a paper slap facilitate. 14.7 Billion Encounter Development to become 1.47 Million, joined with 20.135 million PTEL, 34.068 Million ENTI:US and 2 million SREH now ABVG divvy's to merge for a 100 Million SS.


I got 109.673 Million...however 884,885 crossed the block yesterday...

So call it 109,000,000 add 3,000,000 MIA in my account. Would mean 12,000,000 have to come out ? 9 million now and 3 million I would think in 30-90 days or less for the shares owed.

9 million margin deposit ? Anything above that is on the Market?

Might be ENTI has to reset with Restricted shares...gives you a clean shell...
