With the recent move on 50 million ENTI SEC filed shares. The pending PTEL de-listing. Would a paper slap facilitate. 14.7 Billion Encounter Development to become 1.47 Million, joined with 20.135 million PTEL, 34.068 Million ENTI:US and 2 million SREH now ABVG divvy's to merge for a 100 Million SS.


I got 109.673 Million...however 884,885 crossed the block yesterday...

So call it 109,000,000 add 3,000,000 MIA in my account. Would mean 12,000,000 have to come out ? 9 million now and 3 million I would think in 30-90 days or less for the shares owed.

9 million margin deposit ? Anything above that is on the Market?
