first things first "the new management" is not who releases news it's minimoo.

secondly, they just stated they're looking for possible venues to jump start some viable operations until a LIKELY merger comes through. They don't know if the merger will ever materialize and therefore cannot predict the future by saying there will be a new management who will put out more updates for you. All we know at this point is that Minamoo might be in talks with a possible merger company but are not providing us with timely developmental updates. Are they hiding something from us? Did the imaginary merger company finally walk away on the deal? Was there ever a deal to begin with?

The more they try to cover up themselves the more the plot thickens IMO. Even more questions can be found in my old post to which nobodye ever gave a clear answer:
