My question is. Is there a happy shareholder? I know there are a lot of happy patients and doctors that use Calmare. The shareholders deserve to be rewarded to. I know Stan Yarbro and he is a stand up guy. My guess is he will get a lot of support.

Towards what end? Replacing Mir and/or the board won't resolve the key lawsuit by GEOMC. That is the one that -- if they win -- effectively closes the company. Unless this group was willing to put more money into the company to pay off GEOMC, I don't see a benefit to a proxy fight.

This 13D Filing is, imo, good news. It looks like the natives have finally become restless enough to challenge the powers that be. And it looks like Yarbro is not kidding around.
