This looks as if a group of shareholders are now pressing for a move to dump Mir and/or the Board. Hard to tell which way they want to go here, but my money is on dump Mir and force the Board to deal with the rebels and other unhappy shareholders.
This could be the dim light I see at the far end of the tunnel. I am not sure how many of the present board members will fight this, especially the flunkies placed by Mir and those who have no reason to stay.
I suspect we will soon be seeing a proxy solicitation for the real fight.
The only question I have is how this group intends to fight the lawsuits that are pending. Some can be settled readily. Note that, at least one member of this group was a Board member forced out without much information provided. Methinks he knows more than most of us could imagine as to what has been happening and where the bodies are buried. If I were Mir, I would already have my packs bagged, my resume revised, and my Tupperware, Avon, Fuller Brush, and Amway sales leads ready to use.
