I can't PM back. Yes, I am invested in DTII. This is the only pinky I have now. I have very good feeling about this one. If they do what they have done until now - raising money via preferred shares and go for production, this has the potential to do a OWC*P run. But almost all penny stocks disappoint at the end. Let us watch and see.

I don't have APH*D. I am very +ve about the company but not the stock price. In other words, the company will do well over the coming months and years. But not the PPS because they have no plan to stop the floorless convertibles. The 10Q is already due. That will show the OS and how much of the notes still remain. First of all, all the existing notes must get converted. Then we have to see what they are doing about raising money? Are they going to raise money using preferred shares or again issue more floorless convertibles?
