Janice, I need a huge favor? It's about a reverse merger kinder Holdings (KDRH) they put out an 8K eluding to the reverse merger with Intiva USA. What else should I look for in the coming days as far as updates? What is the time frame to make it official and what forms are required to be submitted to the SEC? There was no press release other than the 8K, where in some cases I see a press release with an intent then an 8K if consummated but this one was a little bizarre to say the least. To me it looks like they already have their ducks in row and going straight to the good stuff. Please take a look at the share structure is minimal 2.7 million float and 22.7 OS, but more importantly the number of shareholders as of last count 650 since Jan 2017, which indicates to me that it can't be manipulated by a large group other than market makers, I've watched it's pattern for a few days now and looks like they are scrambling for shares. I just want to know if there is any legitimacy in the works and what to look for as far as forms and updates are concerned and I would appreciate your help very much.
