If "only" the management fees, who would own the portfolio then?

No, we will not get management fee back as DB will get that. We will get after liquidation the asset value remaining which should be very large.

It is that remaining value that should get distributed through the DTC.

As part of the settlement the DB will get close to 3.5 billion as part for their management of that portfolio of Trusts.
