I have to agree with you. I was a little surprised that they shared that with me and with a few others that posted on here today.
Even if they are providing just an informed opinion, they should realize they are the designated IR and should make a formal release about an impending r/s instead of to individual shareholders. Anyway, I thought it was only fair to share a couple of my IR emails today as we've all been here waiting and hoping. I didn't mean to upset anyone, I thought people would want to know what I was being told.
I sincerely hope they change their minds and don't effect an r/s, but I don't see how they would change their minds about it. That may be the only way that new management gets paid. R/S and then issue more shares to themselves and cash out? Isn't that how it works? And wipe out current shareholders in the process? I can't imagine that new management care anything about current shareholders. I would imagine they just want to get paid themselves.
