OK, Yes. Very good, you are exactly right. Makes more sense because they are not investing rather being paid as a conduit to the market. Holding shares would not fit LPCs business model. I imagine they were in process of selling the rest.
It does illustrate my point that how many shares and how much money raised will be revealed in the Q3. We can speculate all we want and make educated guesses but come Early August, in the Q3 report, we will have it exactly in black and white and can determine exactly just as you have done in your post.
