Dead wrong. The dilution is egregious and always has been. All one has to do is note the dramatic volume increase, which has occurred after each reverse split.

This go round, however, the company has been silent for the most part.

Put a fork in it, it is done.... which was known long before the last reverse split

Now, it's back to .0001. No bid will be next.
