I agree cash flow is up 9 million over last year. Total liabilities are down. They will add 12 million in revenue when this deal closes according to them. Think this is a great stock. Only downside seems to be the O/S is 4 million. I think this is the only reason of the PPS being low unless I'm missing something as well.
