If KJ can provide enough information to satisfy the SEC, the matter will be resolved.

Not going to happen, as CDNL cannot reverse what is already done. The crime has been committed, and nothing can change that.

The SEC is forcing a motion on July 10th. The Judge will find the SEC's allegations are true, and will rule for the SEC. This is far from the first time this has happened, and this has been the result each time.

In other words, we DO know what is going to happen as it is the law and Rules of Practice. Expect CDNL's registration to be revoked on the 10th.

Things are getting desperate for CDNL shareholders. They're running out of time to unload before delisting.
