Actually fully diluted the stock has roughly just under 3 billion shares.

You have remember that Rich is the majority share holder so whenever we snap the line to sell the company, there will be a double up of the share structure that will take place.

Regardless, selling the company at 1 billion would now leave us at around $ 0.35 a share.

This probably won't be taking place any time soon but it is fun to speculate.

Now we look forward to one last day of sales to close out the second quarter.
