75%/25% has already been "baked-into-the-cake" at time of conversion back on 3/28/2012 of ALL former WaMu shares - both Preferreds & commons, into common shares of newco - WMIH... where ALL release-signing Escrow shareholders will share any EQUITY distribution pari passu - imo
