Yes - looks like 5M warrants at 10 cents & 150k warrants at 20 cents...so let's break that down a bit Chuck:


Let's say PPS gets to $4 one day say 4 1/2 years from now,

then GIGL gets 500k plus another 30k for a total of $530k into their coffers from warrant exercise

Jillian gets $19.5M plus another $570k for a grand total of $20M+


*** The ONLY good thing here is they will most likely want to keep share price above 10 cents so brand ambassador Jill won't unleash the inner Beatch. Joey doesn't want or need that. Giancarlo no likey either IMO
