HC, Jillian (her agency) did not get shares, they got WARRANTS! A sheet load exercisable at .10 cents & some at .20 cents. I'm sure you know this would provide CASH to GIGL! I consider this "good dilution", kind of like HDL cholesterol. She has a major incentive to get the pps well above .10 to make them worth exercising.
