The mOS goal (like the mPFS goal) is only a powering assumption. It is the basis for the trial design. There is no need to meet that.

The key is P value. This will be driven by the entire curve. Not just the median.

The best example is Senti's "crayon curve". No median difference at all, but would clearly be approved.

And disclaimer: despite what I write on this subject I think NWBO is a bad bet due to management, cash and other trial issues.
