Please help me, what does a San Diego lawsuit have to do with the toxic debt holders. Was TDH suing Yaz?

Oh boy good ol' Mr. Yazbeck said "no toxic financing"... no doubt I can take that to the bank! hahaha

Did he mention if he EVER had any TOXIC DEBT?

Or did he say his financing always been squeaky clean....;-)
