These "institutional investor" references are toxic financiers.

The Schedule 13-G's disclose their conversions. They are not holding those shares, they sold them into the market for large gains on "investment".

Could I use the words TOXIC DEBT HOLDER instead of "institutional investor", just curious.

It seems a reasonable exchange to me.

Realizing they are TOXIC DEBT HOLDERS puts a completely different outlook on it, right?
