Wrong again, each State is a seperate entity, just because you resign in one or disbarred in one does not mean anything to any other State, unless a complaint is made in each state an attorney is licensed. He's dumping billions of shares through his "investors" at a 50 percent discount who then dumps them on the market. He get's his, they get theirs, and the common investor gets the shaft.
