I can attest to the fact that on my IB account, even after FIRE started again, it did not give me any real time info and the L2 and time and sales still say halted right now...I had to buy blind n got filled on my adds today at an avg of 1.29 CAD, coulda got better if I had L2...SPRWF started moving about 2 mins before my etrade account started giving L2 on that...
