Not to mention the fact that I don't believe said billionaire can even start to sell those shares until 10/2018 as I believe they have a 1 year restriction. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Exactly. Billionaires don't take a position for beer money. Glad the shares are held by a billionaire rather by a toxic note holders. I also read the Bloomberg piece where JE was listed as a co-owner. If billionaires are willing to be a part of this company, so can I.

A post was shouting 77.5 million dilution, that may have freaked out a few investors but the post itself was fraught with misinformation.

No worries here, have my shares and know what I own. Will accumulate more if the same game continues.
