Unlike some people, I have read the Edgar filings, the one that you post only the link as if you have irrefutable proof was issued on 4/28/2017 showing Johan Eliasch purchasing at .08.
77.5 million shares wouldn't be considered dilution imo, and I don't think a billionaire like Johan Eliasch would cash them in at this point to make beer money, as he doesn't waste his time in chat rooms trying to instill fear like some losers.
But you and the smyork keep up the good work, I need more shares.
