They are playing delay games because they know that OTC is full of impatient investors ...

I truly would like to ask him how did they manage to have agreement of owning 100% Mimge if they did not have balance sheet in place?

how can migme accept to raise 1.5m $ and re-convert into spcl is they didn't see what SPCL potential is ?
