I think POW!'s assets are worth a lot more than Camsing is proposing paying for.

If this is true a better buyout offer will appear. There is no company interested in POW who does not know this acquisition is in play. IMO the Camsing offer is the best they could get at the time. And it clearly forces any other company to act now of let it go to China.
