I've paid the money and read the case files. I even had my family friend lawyer read them over and he says the case has grounds for dismissal and he would be surprised if this kept on for much longer. He even let a patent lawyer give it a look over as well and he came to the same conclusion. We are fine here. I'm not worried at all.

Abandonment of the patents is damning as well. The suit will be dismissed and Keough will stand trial for patent infringement on the countersuit. Not frivolous and damning, in my opinion. Now you want to complain about VDRM, how about dilution........
