I tried the Rose so far and the group of 3 I was with all really liked it. it is great for before dinner especially on a hot summer day. people love the bubbles too. it is very festive.

I will try the Brut this weekend.

Tried the Brute a few weeks back, with a few wine connoisseur...the general consensus was that it was "good, i'd have this again".

whip, the interesting thing about the Rose is that it is not sweet. I tend to dislike any sweet wines and this really wasn't very sweet. just a tiny touch only, and I really like that.

I own the stock. I bought the the Prosecco Brut and wanted to like it. I didn't. It tasted thin and tinny to me. I tried it again. Same result. I'm not a wine connoisseur, but I have drank a lot of champagnes and sparkling wines over the years, and I simply didn't think it was very good.

I then tried the Zero Sugar. It was better than I expected, but perhaps that was because the Brut had set the bar rather low. Would I be a repeat customer at $23.99/bottle (the price I paid)? Nope, but if zero sugar is important to enough people, I think it could find a niche. I haven't tried the Rose.

I'm not a big sparkling wine guy but I found the bellisima rose in Sacramento last week. I thought it was very good especially served cold. I was in a hotel and left the bottle out all night. I poured a cup in the morning and was surprised that it still had bubbles and still tasted great. Rose also didn't have an after taste.
