IMPAACT™ Generator technology: Given today's PR, I think the extracts below from stervc's post which contained timely insight and FDA information that helps shareholders understand why the IMPAACT™ Generator technology from Eltron Research ("Eltron") is important.

stervc's post: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=131728225

From stervc's informative and precise post, I found the paragraph and line presented below informative as a good concise summary to help shareholders understand the implications and why today's PR is important. I broke the paragraph down a bit (#s 1-6) and added my thoughts:

1. The IMPAACT™ Generator will also be very different because it has been registered and approved by the FDA and EPA to deliver their Peracetic Acid (PAA)

- I think partnering with an entity such as Eltron Research that has FDA and EPA approved technology will give BLDV credibility when they market the technology clients in Israel. Also, this credibility will add value to their joint operations and possibly help BLDV gain knowledge of the regulatory process for future initiatives, see the excerpt below from the 6/28/17 PR:

Patented Peracetic Acid or PAA technology, marketed under the name ImPAActTM will be central to facilities reaching compliance with new Medical cannabis standards that are being implemented not only in the USA, but also in Europe, Canada and Mexico.

Extract from 6/28/17 PR: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BLDV/news/Blue-Diamond-Ventures-Inc--announces-first-Israeli-Cannabis-Project?id=163387&b=y

2. FDA and EPA approval which helped to set the stage for them being approved by Colorado and more to allow their application to be applied directly to the marijuana plants.

- I think the approval by Colorado to allow application to marijuana plants is key to for BLDV to be able to:

i) Apply the technology to their cultivation efforts (i.e. AMS)
ii) Demonstrate success of application in a cultivation environment
iii) Market technologies to Israel and the world where BLDV is selling great technologies and not just buying technologies. I think this is key to give BLDV clout and bargaining power with its international counterparts.
iv) Cross sell with its Cannabis Clean technologies.

3. This is just one of the reasons why Canada and Israel involvement is being generated with BLDV.

- I think this is a key part of the partnership that stervc highlighted because of the reasons presented in 2.iii above and the fact that Eltron will need BLDV to help export its technology; thus a mutually beneficial relationship for BLDV and Eltron.

4. This makes the mold, mildew, viruses, etc. to be eliminated because of this antimicrobial treatment

- I did a search and apparently mold and mildew are common and contagious disease problems in growing cannabis that can ruin crop yields, here are a couple of YouTube clips that I found only to help understand the problem:

5 Steps to Prevent Powdery Mildew and Mold on Cannabis Flowers

Why Do I Have Powder Mold? Get Rid of Powder Mold | Getting Rid White Mold Cure Botrytis PM Garden

5. Enhances the marijuana being cultivated because it eliminates the huge reduction and destruction of marijuana crops within the Marijuana industry.

- I think this will be a key promotional strategy component that BLDV will use to sell the technology and demonstrate with its own cultivation efforts once established in the future.

6. This technology/product is going to saves dollars while enhancing Revenues thus enhancing Earnings for many marijuana/cannabis companies.

- I think this technology will build/embolden BLDV's position in the industry as a relatively new participant in the industry to be marketing a technology that saves money, enhances revenues/earnings and complements their suite of products and services.

7. “We have spent over a decade on the research and development of this water technology and now that we have secured these two requirements with the FDA and EPA, we are aggressively entering the market,” said Eltron Water Systems President Paul Grimmer

- I do not think BLDV could ask for better timing to form this partnership and come in to profit from the technology entering the market, its marketing and earnings potential after it took so long to develop.

What are Mycotoxins?

Published on Mar 23, 2015

Mycotoxins are toxic byproducts of some fungi, usually molds. Aspergillus flavus is one species of fungi that leaves mycotoxins. Aflatoxin is highly carcinogenic and is produced in copious amounts. Mycotoxin testing is currently not required by the state of Oregon.

CannaTech 2017 - Yuval Landschaft, Director of Medical Cannabis Unit - Israel Ministry of Health

Published on Apr 19, 2017

Enjoy this inspiring address by the Director of the IMCA, the Israeli Medical Cannabis Agency, as he shares where Israel cannabis is headed (hint: it's all about medicalization).

See 4:36 for explanation of Cannacopia and 7:57 for GAP and GMP

Within the Health Ministry, Landschaft told participants how he spearheaded the creation of “the Torah of cannabis” regulation. Landschaft’s “Torah of cannabis,” which he also dubbed “Cannacopia,” contains five sections on Israel Medical Cannabis: IMC-GCP, IMC-GAP, IMC-GMP, IMCGDP and IMC-GSP (Good Clinical Practice, Good Agricultural Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Delivery Practice and Good Safety Practice).

- Note from the BLDV 6/28/17 PR, how BLDV is on the forefront of developments in technology and cannabis practices to be able to state the following in the PR:

Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (BLDV) and their wholly owned subsidiary Cannabis-Clean of Denver, will work with existing Israeli Cannabis Farms, Government Regulators, and third-party Certification Agencies to develop Sanitation and Anti-Bacterial protocols that will comply with the new GAP and GMP standards being developed in Israel.

1. See 4:36 for explanation of Cannacopia, 7:57 for GAP and GMP and 11:51 for contacts the Israeli Ministry of Health received from the UN and other nations wanting to see the GCP. To this end, notice how this aligns with what BLDV stated in the 6/28/17 PR that Medical cannabis standards are being implemented not only in the USA, but also in Europe, Canada and Mexico.

- I think this statement by the BLDV CEO in the last PR is key and loaded to the till into how much insight and foresight BLDV has into the changing medical cannabis environment. Connecting the dots, my guess is that the BLDV updates provided to us are only the tip of the iceberg on what they are working on.
